1. Services Provided

2. Memberships and Billing

Memberships are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected at signup).

Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to membership benefits until the end of your current billing period. After that period, you will not be billed further, and access will be revoked.

Membership fees are non-refundable once a billing period has begun.
3. Event Tickets

All ticket sales are final unless otherwise specified.

EYESOAR reserves the right to modify or cancel events. In such cases, ticket holders will be notified and, where applicable, refunds or credits will be offered.
4. Merchandise Sales

Products offered on EYESOAR.net (including clothing, decals, and keychains) are subject to availability.

All sales are final unless a product is defective upon arrival, in which case you may request an exchange or refund within [X] days of receipt.
